Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 June 2026
This policy explains how BetLife365 collects, uses and protects your personal data, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). We only collect what we need to run your account and provide the service.
1. Who is responsible for your data
BetLife365 is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@betlife365.com.
2. What data we collect
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Account details | First and last name, email address, date of birth (to confirm 18+), country, phone number (optional) |
| Authentication | A securely hashed password, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google |
| Subscription | Plan, status and renewal date. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited billing details, never your full card number |
| Communications | Messages you send us and your email preferences |
| Technical | Basic device and usage data, and local storage used to keep you signed in |
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide the service and your account (creating your account, giving access to member content) — performance of a contract.
- To process payments and manage your subscription — performance of a contract.
- To confirm you are 18 or older and meet eligibility rules — legal obligation and legitimate interest.
- To send the optional free daily pick and updates — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To secure, maintain and improve the service and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run BetLife365, under appropriate agreements:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google", to authenticate you.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Discord — if you choose to join our community, your use is also subject to Discord's own privacy policy.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers. Your browser lets you clear this storage at any time.
8. Your rights under the GDPR (AVG)
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can manage and delete much of your data directly from the member area, or contact us at support@betlife365.com. We respond within the timeframes set by law.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
10. Children
BetLife365 is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always available here. We will notify you of material changes where required.
