Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the BetLife365 website, content and membership. By creating an account, accessing our content or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
BetLife365 ("BetLife365", "we", "us", "our") provides a structured betting information service: daily sports analysis, structured positions, staking frameworks and educational content. You can reach us at support@betlife365.com.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if higher, and legally permitted to use a service of this nature where you live. By using BetLife365 you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you do not.
3. What BetLife365 is, and is not
BetLife365 provides information, analysis and education only. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or place wagers on your behalf, and we are not a bookmaker or a gambling operator.
- We do not guarantee any result, profit or return. Betting carries real financial risk and you can lose money.
- Our content is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not a licensed financial advisor.
- All decisions you make, and all bets you place with any third-party bookmaker, are entirely your own responsibility.
- Past performance and any track record shown are for illustration and do not guarantee future results.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current details and keep them up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Membership, billing and cancellation
- VIP membership is offered as a monthly subscription at USD 80 per month (or the price shown at checkout), billed in advance and renewing automatically each month until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are generally non-refundable given the immediate, information-based nature of the service.
- Prices may change. We will give reasonable notice of any change before it applies to your next renewal.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, republish or share our paid content (including picks, stakes, builders and analysis) with non-members, and not to misuse, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service. VIP content is licensed to you for personal use only.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, text, graphics and software on BetLife365 are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own personal use while your account is active.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetLife365 is not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on our content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time from the member area.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
